All purchases made from gaisél are final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service at hello@gaisel.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We will guide you through the process of returning the item for review. If the defect or mistake is verified, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.

Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. The timeline may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.

Shipping Address: You are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. gaisél is not responsible for refunds and or reimbursements if your shipping address was wrongly inputted. In the event your shipping address was incorrect, please contact us at hello@gaisel.com within 48 hours of placing your order, to correct the shipping address. After 48 hours the shipping address can not be changed.
